The spectacular vista from the summit of Sgurr Mhor 986m, the highest point of Beinn Alligin, is amongst the finest peaks of the great ridges of Torridon. Immediately below is the outlying precipitous scramble of the Horns of Alligin and beyond Beinn Dearg 914m. This, with its neighbours Liathach 1055m and Beinn Eighe 1010m, surround the mighty central valley of Coire Mhic Nobuil.
