Photo of the Week

Yr Wyddfa 1,085m or Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales and dominates the skyline of Eryri. Below the shining summit on its eastern flank is Llyn Glaslyn 600m, meaning blue lake. In 2020, small particles of microplastic pollution, deposited by rain, were found in the lake, triggering a further investigation of the extent of environmental damage in the lakes and mountains of Britain.
