We are excited to announce the publication of the 28th edition of the Wild Nature Diary and Calendar.
This year, we're delighted to be welcoming many new photographers to these pages. Their outstanding commitment to their craft and ability to capture truly astonishing moments in the natural world is remarkable and each year it's a great pleasure to explore our contributors' new work.
Around us, September rings the changes in the timeless cycles of the natural world. The heat of summer is ebbing to autumnal calm, golden plovers and dunlin are returning to the beach from the high rough pastures and moors. The warblers, swallows and swifts are long gone to the south. Berries and fruits line our country lanes and wooded valleys. As the year unwinds, reflecting on the constancy and wonder of nature in all its quiet majesty informs part of our every day view of the world.
The Diary and Calendar are available now from our website wild-nature.co.uk, and we're offering a special discount of 10% on all multiple or combination orders.
With a foreword by naturalist and environmentalist Mark Cocker, the Diary 2023 is presented in a clear, week-to-view design with informative captions, showcasing the work of Britain's top nature and landscape photographers in a superb collection that truly represents the atmosphere and moods of our wild places. The Calendar 2023 contains 12 stunning images with a clear, easy to use design to enhance any wall in the home or office.
Both publications are printed in UK, we no longer use plastic in our packaging, and our paper is sourced from sustainably managed forests.
Our Wild Nature Diary and Calendar is produced in partnership with Scotland’s leading wild land conservation charity, the John Muir Trust. The Trust works alongside communities nationwide, to connect people with wild places, campaign to protect those places, and restore and rewild land for the common good.
We hope you find insight and inspiration in these pages as we look ahead to the coming year.
